This month, we’re excited to spotlight David Fouad! With over 15 years as a REALTOR® and five years as a broker, David is a trusted name in our industry. He believes success is defined by helping his agents succeed in our industry!

This month, we’re excited to spotlight David Fouad! David is a dedicated volunteer on local and provincial boards and is passionate about elevating the real estate industry and helping others succeed.

Before real estate, David worked in computer science and finance, but following in his parents’ footsteps, he made the leap into real estate and never looked back. Today, he leads as broker at Qualico Realty Services Manitoba Ltd.

When he’s not supporting his agents, David loves family time with his wife and two kids. He’s also a big fan of camping and lake-life in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter — so much so that he once volunteered at ski hills (free passes were a nice perk!).

David’s advice for aspiring REALTORS®? Talk to an agent! Understanding the day-to-day is key. Starting out isn’t easy, but the rewards are worth it.
