Real Estate Salesperson
To be registered as a real estate salesperson with The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC), you must complete the Real Estate as a Professional Career program.

Real Estate Broker
To become licensed as a real estate broker or authorized official under The Real Estate Services Act in Manitoba, you must have been a licensed salesperson for at least two years, have completed the courses Real Property Law, and Principles of Appraisal, or have completed the module program. If you meet these prerequisites, you may enroll in the real estate broker program.

Property Management
This course is a mandatory course for those wanting to manage a property management brokerage within Manitoba. Individuals who complete this course and satisfy the other registration requirements outlined in The Real Estate Services Act, will be eligible for registration as a property management manager or supervisor under the Act.
