Licensing Requirements

The Manitoba Financial Services Agency (MFSA) administers The Real Estate Services Act through a registrar who is the chief administrative official named in the Act.

The MFSA has certain powers relating to the real estate profession and to real estate practices. The registrar also has certain powers related to the Act, including the right to grant or refuse to renew a registration.
