We’re pleased to roll out 1Place, MREA’s new member access point that brings everything you need into one convenient place. Explore the FAQs below for helpful information to guide you through 1Place and getting started with MREA’s new system.

Why is MREA launching a new portal called 1Place?
MREA's 1Place portal is designed to make it easier and faster for members to find information, manage their account, and access key resources; basically, all your membership benefits in one place.
How do I access the member portal?
You can access the 1Place portal by clicking the Member Login link located at the top of the MREA website.
Do I need to create a new account?
Depends:
- If you are an existing member or student, your account has already been created for you. Use your existing email address as your username and unique password to sign in.
- If you are a new student, your account will be created when you purchase your first course.
I didn’t receive a welcome email with my login credentials. What should I do?
First, check your junk or spam folder. If you still don’t see it, complete the following steps:
- Go to the MREA's 1Place portal and press on the grey Login button.
- When your login screen pops up, press the Forgot Your Password?
- Enter your email/username. Press the grey Send Password Reset Email button.
- From within your personal email inbox, find the email and follow the prompts to reset it. The link provided will remain live for approximately 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will need to regenerate a new link via the same steps noted above, or contact MREA to have the password reset email resent to you. Resetting your password is available as often as needed, with no limitations.

Profile and Account Information
What information can I see in my profile?
Your profile shows your contact information, membership status, and other key details on file with MREA.
Can I update my contact information?
Certain information can be updated directly in the portal; however, some fields are centrally managed to maintain accurate records. If you’re unable to edit a field and require a change, please contact MREA's Membership Department who are always happy to assist at 204.772.0405 or Toll-Free at 1.800.267.6019.
What should I do if my information is incorrect?
Please contact MREA via phone at 204.772.0405 or Toll-Free at 1.800.267.6019 and let us know what needs to be corrected.
Membership, Invoices, and Payments
Where can I view my invoices?
You can view your invoices directly in the portal by logging in and accessing Invoices on the left-hand sidebar.
Can I download a copy of my invoice or receipt?
Yes, invoices and receipts can be viewed and downloaded from your account by logging into the portal and navigating to Invoices in the left‑hand sidebar. Select the applicable order or invoice, then press the download icon. The file should download automatically.
How do I make a payment?
To submit a payment, log into the portal and navigate to Invoices in the left‑hand sidebar. Select the applicable order or invoice*, then click Pay and follow the on‑screen instructions.* You may pay multiple invoices at the same time.
Who do I contact with billing questions?
If you have questions about an invoice or payment, please contact MREA’s accounting department directly at 204.772.0405 or Toll-Free at 1.800.267.6019.
Education, Courses, and Learning
Where do I find my available education and courses?
All education course information is available through 1Place by clicking the MREA Online Education button on the red navigation bar.
Where can I see my course history and their related-details?
Your completed courses and certificates are available through the education section of your profile.
I can’t access a course, what should I do?
If you’re having trouble accessing education content, contact MREA for assistance at 204.772.0405 or Toll-free at 1.800.267.6019.
Industry Forms
Does MREA's 1Place portal replace WEBForms® or other platforms?
No. MREA's 1Place portal serves as a centralized access point and includes links to Keystone Matrix® and CREA WEBForms®. These platforms will continue to function independently as they do today.
Broker-Specific Resources
Is the portal different for brokers?
Yes. Brokers may see additional resources specific to their role, including being able to view all their agents’ annual renewal invoices in January and information relating to their agents' RLE statuses.

What browsers can be utilized to access 1Place?
For the best experience, we recommend using the most recent stable version of one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari (Version 5 or newer)

Who do I contact if I need technical support?
If you experience any issues with this site's functionality, encounter any errors, or have requests for features or content you would like to see available, please reach out to technical support by filling out the site’s built-in support form. You can access this form by logging in to the portal and navigating to Support on the left‑hand sidebar. When filling out the support form, please provide details such as:
- A brief description of the issue
- What you were attempting to do
- Any error message received (if applicable)
