Relicensing Education (RLE) 2023 Returns to the Classroom

We are looking forward to seeing you back in class for RLE 23!

As per The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC), RLE 23, the relicensing program for 2023 will return to the pre-pandemic traditional format, through a combination of classroom learning followed by an online course. Registrants will once again be required to complete the classroom seminar prior to gaining access to the required online course.

It is anticipated that the MSC-approved classroom seminars will begin in April and will continue for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year. Classroom sessions will be offered frequently at REALTOR® Place (1873 Inkster Blvd.) in Winnipeg, as well as in several rural locations across Manitoba.
