You will need a mark of 70 per cent or greater to pass the exam. You may re-write the exam for your course up to three times, within one month of your latest exam date. If you do not pass the exam after your third attempt, you must wait one year to re-enroll in the course.
Schedule an Exam/Re-write
MREA hosts exams weekly at the MREA office and there are also some rural examination centres available. Once you have finished studying for your course, contact MREA to schedule your exam, including exam re-writes:
Manitoba Real Estate Association
1873 Inkster Blvd.
Winnipeg, MB R2R 2A6
Contact the invigilator in your area to schedule your exam at a rural education centre. Please advise MREA at least two weeks prior to your exam date to allow sufficient time for delivery of the exam.
Examination results are processed in as timely a manner as possible and results are generally mailed or emailed (with provided consent) to students within two weeks of writing; providing the results of exams written at rural centres may take longer than two weeks. Exam results are not provided over the telephone nor are they provided to your broker.
If you pass or fail the exam you will receive your examination transcript which includes direction regarding the next steps in your program.
