A real estate salesperson specializing in the sale of farm properties in Manitoba requires thorough product knowledge. This knowledge is highly specialized and covers such broad topics as legal issues and provincial statutes, tax issues in the sale of farms, the different types of crops grown in Manitoba, and the livestock grown on farms in Manitoba. Environmental issues such as storage of manure, burning of crop residue, septic tanks, etc. are also important.

You must successfully complete this course within six months of registration.

There is no exam for this course; you are required to submit a final assignment. You must receive a passing mark of 70 per cent on the assignment to obtain credit for the course.
