Real Property Law Program

This course is concerned with the laws affecting real estate, which include contract law, agency law, real property law, as well as certain federal and provincial statutes.

You must successfully complete this self-study course within six months of registration, including the exam, and exam re-writes (if necessary).

This course includes a final exam. You will need a mark of 70 per cent or greater to pass the exam. MREA hosts exams at the MREA office, and in select locations outside of Winnipeg. See Exam Policies for further information on exam requirements and scheduling.
