If you are or have been a licensed real estate broker within the last 12 months in your province, you may be eligible to enroll in the Broker Interprovincial Course. This course is an abbreviated version of the broker licensing program.
You must successfully complete this self-study course within six months of registration.
This course includes a final exam. You will need a mark of 70 per cent or greater to pass the exam. Examination rewrites are not permitted for the broker interprovincial course. MREA hosts exams at the MREA office, and in select locations outside of Winnipeg. See Exam Policies for further information on exam requirements and scheduling.
MSC Application Deadline
You must acquire your licence from The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC) within 12 months of course completion. If you fail to register within this timeframe, you may be required to take additional education.
