MREA is responsible for educating and testing everyone in Manitoba who wants to begin a real estate career and become a licensed salesperson in Manitoba.

Our educational program represents a concerted effort by both the Manitoba government and the real estate profession. This ensures you are able to best serve future clients who are buying and selling property in Manitoba in an increasingly regulated industry.

What it Takes

Real estate can be rewarding, but it is also extremely demanding and requires a particular lifestyle. To be a successful salesperson, you have to compromise and create balance. The personal freedom and long-term benefits associated with being an entrepreneur are generally well worth the effort.

Pros Cons
Financial paybacks
Growth potential
Long hours
Financial setbacks
Reduced social life

What You’ll Do
