MREA Shelter Foundation

Shelter is a gift. As REALTORS® we seek it for our clients every day. Through the MREA Shelter Foundation, we give to those who need it most.

The MREA Shelter Foundation was created by REALTORS®, is supported and directed by REALTORS® and is owned by all members of MREA. It has funded many non-profit organizations that provide vital services and shelter for Manitobans in need.

MREA President’s Charity Golf Classic

MREA hosts an annual President’s Charity Golf Classic. Participants enjoy a great day of golf, a barbeque lunch, delicious dinner and fabulous prizes. Sponsorship opportunities are available and prize donations are always welcome (including branded merchandise). Proceeds go to the MREA Shelter Foundation.

REALTORS Care®

Every year, Manitoba REALTORS® give their time and money to people and communities to promote and fund worthwhile causes. They have shaved their heads for the kids at Children’s Hospital, organized seniors’ Christmas light tours, and raised funds for disaster-relief efforts, among countless other initiatives. Each year Manitoba REALTORS® organize and serve Easter dinner on Good Friday at Siloam Mission to hundreds of people in Winnipeg’s inner city.
